Our service contracts are included as part of every rental contract, but we also offer this as a stand-alone service, even if you don’t hire the facilities from Countrywide Portables.
If you hire our high quality toilets or our luxury washroom facilities, a service contract is automatically included, ensuring that every toilet is maintained to the highest of standards.
For those event organisers that require a reliable service to maintain portable toilets, irrespective of the company that provides the units, service contracts can be put in place for the duration of the rental period.
Our trained staff ensure that every toilet is maintained to guarantee a hygienic sanitary environment for all users; where damage is discovered our staff would report this to the organiser of the event, but our service agreements don’t include on-site repairs.
Where the company hiring the damaged toilet cannot be contacted or is unable to repair or replace the damaged unit, we would be able to deliver one of our own high quality units, for which additional charges would apply.
